Owner & Founder

Welcome and thank you for visiting The Rite Bite Nutrition. My name is Jacqueline and I am Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health Coach dedicated to improving your health and wellness. I believe in good health, good food, and a life full of accomplishments and happiness. I have seen firsthand how important health and wellness is to leading a fulfilling life which is why to me, there is nothing more gratifying than helping others in their own quest towards health and longevity.

I'll be honest: at our practice, this is not a quick fix, this is not the newest fad, and this certainly isn't about giving you an impersonalized diet plan for you to figure out on your own with uncommon ingredients. This is about sustainable changes to last you a lifetime. If you think you'll have to give up your favorite foods (I would never give up mine!) think again. I'm here to guide you to a life where all foods can be included. No restrictions. Just balance.
I know that finding balance can be hard to achieve and that's why I'm here. To guide, support, translate, and cheer you on your journey towards internal and external health.
Let's do this - I'm your biggest fan

Katherine Ancona, MS, RDN, CDN

Hi, my name is Katherine. I am an experienced Registered Dietitian with a strong passion for food and nutrition education. Throughout my dietitian career I have worked as a community nutrition counselor, assisting adults and children with meal planning, conducting nutrient analysis on a variety of recipes, and providing nutrition education through presentations and blogs.

My enthusiasm for dietetics comes from my own personal weight-loss journey in high school where I decided my career path as a dietitian. I enjoy helping others achieve their personal nutritional goals, as well as teaching essential culinary skills for health and wellness. I love the culinary aspect of nutrition where I am able to provide patients with the knowledge and tools to make their favorite recipes healthier. As a nutrition expert, I help my clients prevent chronic disease and manage weight through personalized nutrition.

I am excited to now be a part of The Rite Bite Nutrition and help others on their journey to a healthier lifestyle. My approach to counseling patients is very individualized, as all clients are unique. I want to ensure all clients have the necessary tools to be as successful as possible.

I am looking forward to working with all of you!

Mary Corso, RDN, CDN

Hi my name is Mary and I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 23 years. I have worked in long term care, sub acute care, the hospital setting and with cardiac rehab patients. I am now thrilled to be part of The Rite Bite Nutrition Counseling team!!

The effect of nutrition on health has always been fascinating to me and the main reason I decided to become a dietitian. I sincerely enjoy helping others understand that what they eat and drink directly affects their overall wellbeing.

Each and every one of us is unique in respect to lifestyle, medical history and readiness to change. I truly enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them make gradual, feasible changes to their diet. Assisting my clients to develop a healthy relationship with food and teaching them to manage their weight or prevent/improve chronic disease with the dietary choices they make is what I aim to do.

I am so excited to meet and work with everyone!!

Emily Sicinski, MS, RDN

Hi! My name is Emily and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with experience in acute care, community health, and personal wellness. As my career evolves, so does my passion for nutrition and helping others become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. It is an honor and privilege to introduce myself, and I am so excited to be part of the Rite Bite team!

These days, we can all agree that diet and lifestyle change can be confusing. Almost daily, we are exposed to online advertisements and social media influencers promoting the “next big diet” or “newest cleanse” that will give you the best results. But let me fill you in on a little secret that those advertisements and influencers won’t tell you: nutrition is an incredibly individualized journey, and it’s likely these fad diets and cleanses won’t actually be what’s right for you. It takes an understanding of your life, your routine, your culture, and your motivators to develop a plan that is sustainable and destined for success. It’s not easy work, but that’s what us dietitians are here to help with. We will be there to serve as your guide and cheer you on every step of the way.

When it comes to nutrition, it’s not about the end goal. It’s about the journey and all the positive changes that you adopt along the way. One day you will look back and be amazed at how far you’ve come, and I cannot wait to be part of that journey!

- Emily

Janellè Polanco, RDN

Hi! My name is Janellè and I am a registered dietitian nutritionist. As a dietitian and foodie, I believe in making sustainable changes to support your overall health, which can & should include all the foods you love!

One of the main reasons why I became a dietitian was the realization that a one-size fits all approach to nutrition does NOT work. I remember how confusing and often discouraging it was for me to read contradictory information about nutrition online. Ultimately, this led me down the wrong path to cutting out all of my favorite foods. I later realized not all nutritionists are the same and an individualized approach to nutrition is so important to making healthful habits last a lifetime! This is when I discovered the fascinating role of a registered dietitian nutritionist.

As a dietitian, I am here to help you make realistic changes personalized to your needs, medical history, lifestyle and more with the use of evidence-based guidelines. I am so excited to be a part of the rite bite nutrition team and I look forward to supporting you on your journey to adding balance to your own life, because you deserve to live a healthful lifestyle you enjoy!
